Ficus benjamina 'Too Little'


Miniature Ficus, very good for containers, indoor and for bonsai. Ficus 'Too Little' is a miniature form of a big Ficus benjamina very often used in South Florida. It will grow to about 5 feet if planted in the ground but it can be kept much smaller if potted and with a little trimming. It makes an excellent bonsai subject. Ficus will grow well anywhere from full sun to shade but be aware that drastic changes in growing conditions can cause them to drop leaves. Ficus perform well with warm temperatures even though they will survive temperatures near freezing for short periods of time. Ficus are very popular indoor plants all over the world and the variety 'Too Little' is an excellent option for people with small spaces.
