Picea omorika 'Pimoko'
A dwarf cultivar of Serbian Spruce. This plant has foliage that is silver and green and blue. Grows 1 1/2 inches a year in a globose habit. Needles are only 1/4 inch. Nice for troughs or rock gardens. May sunburn in real hot weather.
